Customer satisfaction is our goal at Harrison Howard Equestrian, we hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for any reason, we give you 30 days in which you may return or exchange your item. Please note, however, any items returned to us shall be in the original, saleable condition and not damaged within 30 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.
You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out. You must cover the cost of return postage. It is important to inform us whether you wish your refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account or whether you would like it to be placed as credit on your Harrison Howard Equestrian customer account. If you would like the refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account please provide us with your international bank account number IBAN and your bank´s SWIFT code. You should allow 2-3 weeks for Harrison Howard Equestrian to process your return and refund you accordingly.
Alternatively, you can choose a postal option of your own choice (at the customer expense) we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service. Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and that they cannot be damaged during transit to us.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/colour, please return the item to us for a refund and re-order online at harrisonhoward.co.uk
