For deliveries to Mainland UK, products will normally be dispatched to you within 2-3 business days on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service, however please allow 7 days around seasonal peak times.
All deliveries within mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are via a parcel or courier service between the hours of 9am and 6pm, Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
For deliveries to the United States of America, products will normally be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days on a Standard Int'l Postage EU or UPS - Surepost (Economy 1-6 Business Days)-USKYN delivery service, however please allow 10 days around seasonal peak times.
For deliveries to Germany, France, Austria and other European Countries, products will normally be dispatched to you within 2-3 business days on a Standard Int'l Postage EU delivery service, however please allow 7 days around seasonal peak times.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number is missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly.
